In order to ensure quality for our clients, Treo Development limits itself to one or two major projects per year, depending on size and scope. Here are some of the latest, including our 2008 NIBCA Parade of Homes Award Winner.

Text Box: The Glenview is a nearly 6,000 square foot home built in one of Hayden, Idaho’s most exclusive gated communities. This four bedroom, five and one half bathroom gem comes complete with elaborate stone work, decorative hand made timber trusses, home theater, wine room and two full kitchens. Smart wiring and computerized lighting system add the brains to this beauty, but don’t take our word for it, click on the link below for the full tour.
Text Box: The Ridge at Cougar Bay
Text Box: This 7,000 square foot gem at The Ridge, a community overlooking scenic Lake Coeur d’Alene, has it all. The use of “rough cut” timber trusses and dry stacked stone work provides a lodge like feel. Six fireplaces throughout the home provide amazing ambiance. Additionally, the second floor suite is an excellent quarters for in-laws or staff. The built in wine room and smart wiring system complete the package in this diamond in the rough. Text Box: Cottage at Lakeview
Text Box: The Cottage at Lakeview is a beautiful example of fine craftsmanship and superior materials in a smaller package. With all cedar siding, extensive stone work and a patio fireplace, this cottage welcomes you in. The hardwood and tile floors accent the exposed timbers and tongue and groove cedar ceiling. Text Box: Montana Hunting Lodge
Text Box: One of the more unique projects we’ve completed. The Montana Hunting Lodge was 2 hours from the nearest paved road and completely “off the grid”. This three bedroom, one bath hunting retreat on 200 plus acres in Montana comes complete with wind powered electricity and a propane fueled hot water heater to bring the comforts of home to even the most remote locations.
